We invite regional departments of the All Russian Movement "Researcher" to take part in a contest for participation in the 3d International Research School, 2010. All the departments are welcomed to organize a team of 1 adult + 3 students (grades 8-10) and register the team for the contest.

The local departments are responsible for choosing the team members by themselves. All the candidates and accompanying adults must understand and speak English.

Registration fee for participation in the 3rd International Research School is 15000 Rubles for each person. It covers accommodation, meals, transport within the School days (since 18.00, the 19th of June till 12.00, the 30th of June, 2010). Participation in the study programme, tours, cultural and leisure time activities, distributed material are included as well. The delegations pay only for the journeys from their native regions to Moscow and back, as well as additional accommodation expenses, if they plan to stay in Moscow for a longer period.

The panel of the "Researcher" movement will consider the applications and select the regional teams in March 2010 according to the following criteria:

• quality of projects presented by regional departments in the main programme of the movement "Researcher";
• the extent of the involvement of the department into Russian national contests and conferences;
• other important points.
